PIGNOSE INTRODUCES PGG-100 MINI GUITAR
WITH BUILT-IN AMP
Known for over 25 years as the manufacturer of the Legendary Pignose portable amplifier, the Pignose line has expanded in recent years to include additional portable amplifiers and a growing line of all- tube amps. Now, Pignose president Howard Chatt has introduced the PGG-100 mini guitar with built-in Pignose amplifier.
The PGG-100 guitar features a 24 1/4" scale, 22 fret bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, standard fixed bridge with six adjustable saddles, one Pignose humbucking pickup, 1/4" guitar jack and headphone jack, and a metal Pignose volume control with push/pull power switch. A tortoise pickguard with metal speaker grill covers the built-in 1w. amplifier & 10 cm. Pignose speaker. The amp is powered by an on-board 9 v. battery.
"The PGG-100 fits right in with the Pignose way of thinking," comments Chatt. " The guitar is versatile and fun to play, sounds like a Pignose and is also extremely cool. I guess the only way to improve on a Pignose amp is to build a guitar around it."
The Pignose PGG-100 mini electric guitar comes in three classic finishes: brown sunburst, metallic blue, and candy apple red. Suggested retail price is $474.95.
