WARRANTY
GorillaTM Amplifiers
GorillaTM Amplifiers are warranted to be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of sale by an authorized dealer to the original purchaser.
If within this 6 month period. The original purchaser delivers the GorillaTM Amplifier intact to Gorilla Industries or any of their authorized warranty service stations with postage prepaid, and examination discloses such a defect, Gorilla Industries, agrees to repair or replace at its option the defective part or parts free of charge. The repaired unit will then be returned postage collect to the original purchaser.
Pignose Industries assumes no liability under this warranty if the GorillaTM Amplifier has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or modification of the original unit or any part thereof.
This warranty shall not apply to any parts which have been repaired outside Gorilla Industries' own factory or authorized warranty repair stations.
The warranty shall not apply to GorillaTM Amplifiers whose serial numbers, have been removed, defaced, changed or to accessories manufactured by other concerns.
Gorilla Industries assumes no liability under this warrantly for any damages, either general, consequential, or incidental, which might arise from the use of the GorillaTM Amplifier by any person.
Proper authorization must be obtained from Gorilla Industries before returning any merchandise for inspection and repair.
This warranty will be validated by filling in the attached form and mailing it to Gorilla Industries within 10 days of original purchase.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FACE HEREOF.
