I have had a Pignose 7-100 for about 15 years now. It has been a tried and true buddy to me. I used it backstage at shows to get warmed-up, and of course on camping trips and vacations and many other places. Last year I handed it down to my son who has taken up the guitar, and he loves that Pignose just as much as I do.
Its nice to know there are still a few quality products out there!

I have owned a pig nose 30/60 since 1979-80. It was great for that beautiful Black Flag, Fear, Fang total overdrive squeal when the strings were muted. Since then I have owned many amps & guitars. I keep the guitars, and sell the amps to buy more guitars. I still own the 30/60, a fliptop Ampeg B-12, & Marshal 100watt half stack. I have recently bought a hog-20 & a little smokey pocket amp. They both produce the sound I want, while being portable. Time will tell which is sold and which stays... I hope the Hog-20 is as reliable as the 30/60 has been, which still rocks hard! \<>/ ROCK HARD Johnny Christ

I have just been given a 7-100, by my pastor, to work on.
Serial# 34643. It's a little piece of history and I would like to keep it as original as possible.

I've had a small pignose since 1971 and it is a workhorse. My kids use it to sing and I purchased a mike stand. It takes everything they throw at that little amp. I love it and do not plan to get rid of it. Its kinda cute. Thanks for "being there" and your customer service is the best. First class company.

I tried the orignal pignose tonight and had to order one. I play trupmpet and the sound for the venue we played was perfect. We play a lot of dinner clubs and I use a lot of mutes so I am looking forward to receiving and using the amp. Thanks

I was wondering if you had a battery powered bass amp that would be at least 100watts if that's even possible. I'm in marching band and I play bass guitar. It is rather hard for me to play at football games because very rarly do they have an extension cord that is available to my use. I have never used one of your amps but from the looks of it they seem to be of high quality and I would like to in the near future. Could you please e-mail me back with some information.
Thank you,

Just passin' through. Please don't sell my address to other e-marketers. I've owned a gorilla for about 15 yrs now, and am thinking ofmovin' on up to a v-30 (Correct model?). I'd like something with "cojones" but something that doesn't weigh a ton like my twin (my kids are still too young to be roadies). Hearing that one of my guitar heroes, John Hall (Orleans, etc.) plays through a piggie on tour made me sit up and take notice. That's about all I have to say at this time. Keep Rockin'!

I just ordered the original Pignose. Looking forward to using it in my live show. If any one amp screams "The Laces," it's the Pignose. A band with that name would never have a huge Marshall stack, huh?!!!

Man, I couldn't believe it. I was trying out a new guitar - I wasn't even looking for a new amp. I was so impresed with the Pignose G-60VR that I couldn't leave the store without it - I bought it immediately!
This 1-12" amp is amazing! My "other" amp was a 1966 Fender Deluxe Reverb with a 12" EVO and some custom mid-boost/cut circuitry.
The Pignose G-60 BLOWS IT AWAY! Huge clean sound for my intricate chord work, with lots o'balls to cut through the horn section in my funk band!
Cranked up a bit, it's like hot taffy! It truly is a "giant killer" - as slick a rock sound as you can play it! - Also amazing: In "LOW" mode, (you should have called it "JAZZ" mode) the headroom is enormous! This means my mellow jazz sounds still have lots of room to punch through without distorting - try finding that on another amp (even the $2,000 kind!)
And it's easy to find the cools sounds - not much tweaking required, as the tube sound is so REAL. (How refreshing!)
I'm so glad I discovered this amp- I could have made a costly mistake and spent a lot more $ on a lesser sounding amp.
You really got it right!
Sincerely, Joe Votta
